GRANTS AVAILABLE: 4 available. Two Comedy and two General Arts.
AWARD AMOUNT: Will vary based on proposed budget between $3,000-7,000

What is Required
The grant application will require you provide the following:
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
FULL SUMMARY OF PROJECT
FULL BUDGET FOR PROJECT
EXAMPLES OF PAST WORK
TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION (Must be done within one year of award)
OUTLINE OF WHERE AND HOW IT WILL BE MADE IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
POTENTIAL OBSTACLES FOR COMPLETING THE PROJECT
What We'd Like to See
Each grant cycle will be decided by a different selection committee lead by one or more of our board members and made up of people in our Washington State arts community. Here are things that are not required but selections committees would like to see:
QUALITY OF WORK - The more impressive the work the better. Comedy applicants should be funny first.
CHANCE AT COMPLETION - With the time given is it highly probably you will finish the project.
ORIGINALITY - Is this something exciting, innovative, cool, new? Awesome.
A-POLITICAL - We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit and must remain a-politcal. Our projects can't be lobbying, propaganda or legislative in nature. This does not mean we don't want to hear real life stories about real life things. If you're not sure, ask.
WASHINGTON SUPPORT - How will you utilize Washington State? Will it be made 100% here? Will you utilize local businesses and crews through our connection guide?
